Fairy Lake, Newmarket - With over 300 people, several dogs and two cats joining in for a wonderful cause, it was a day to remember!  There was a variety of music and entertainment including a group of young Irish dancers that really got people pumped up for their big walk.  

Before the event started, the Heart & Stroke Foundations ~ Newmarket Walk for Heart had collected just over $11,000, after the walk quick tallies were made and the count shot up to over $60,000.
